In today's world, there are so many pitfalls people face that can severely alter a person's life. Trufam City is an organization that aims to provide aid and resources with programs specializing in human trafficking, sex trafficking, young men mentorship, and family food shortage.

 

With a view to providing Biblical, mental, social and material  aid to children and families affected by trafficking,  poor leadership & hunger Trufam City was established. We also help underprivileged individuals all over the D.C./Maryland/Virginia (DMV) area.

Tru Fam City believes that “FAMILES” can be successful with a strong support system. One our areas of focus of our organization is to help mentor the youth through the devolopment of Trufam City Youth Leadership Program. We all can work together in Trufam City to assist those in need.

THE FOUNDER

Eric Zimmerman

 

Bishop Eric Zimmerman is a devoted family man, who values and understands the balance of family and church.  He met Lady Christian Zimmerman at Rehoboth Baptist Church in Washington, DC, while he performed in a theater production. Bishop Zimmerman has a shepherd's heart for those seeking to establish an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ, in addition to those who desire to be reconciled back to the Kingdom of God. Pastor Zimmerman is an effective and godly leader who has held various church leadership positions such as Youth Pastor, Praise Team Leader, Associate Minister, Brotherhood President and has served as Youth President on the local, state, and national level.  Pastor Eric G. Zimmerman was elevated to the office of Bishop on January 20th, 2018 at Bible Way Church.
